Welcome to Team Caramori, JSBJJ Kylemore. We are a proud affiliate of JSBJJ, one of the leading Brazillian Jiu Jitsu academies in Ireland. Under the guidance of our head coach, 1st Degree Black Belt, Gabriel Caramori, our team is situated on Kylemore Road in Bluebell. Our team has been dedicated to providing classes for people of all ages, from beginners to advanced practitioners, starting at the age of 4.For those passionate about Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, our mission is to empower individuals with the mindset, skills, and unrivalled discipline of true champions. We strive to provide guidance which allows our students to excel not only on the mats but also in all facets of their lives.In our club we teach values and characters along with top level jiu jitsu, our goal is to create a winning person on and off the mat. I recently started training here and it is an amazing place to start training if you have an interest in BJJ. Gabriel, a first degree black belt is very knowledgeable and is very patient, he will come and help an individual if he is struggling with a particular move. All of the members of this gym are very welcoming and have been very nice to me. I would 100% recommended this gym to anyone who is thinking of starting BJJ.

Gabriel is a great coach, he gives great instructions and is very patient. He explains it as often as needed. He also checks in with his students after injuries or just to motivate them to show up for training. I love training at this gym mostly because of Gabriel and the team. It's a great atmosphere and they have a great level of no gi. There aren't currently many women attending the classes but the guys are super welcoming. I feel safe and supported.

I’ve been training BJJ on and off very inconsistently since 2015 in all the top gyms in Dublin. Checkmat, SBG HQ, Holohan Martial Arts, etc.. training one day a month, quitting for a year, training for a few weeks, quitting.. rinse and repeat. That was until I found Gabriel’s gym in April 2023 and this has easily been the most consistent I’ve been in all those years and I can see myself sticking to it easily this time. I can only accredit this to the great teaching from Gabriel and the environment that all of the training partners provide. Everyone is very welcoming and it’s easy to fit right in. There is a time slot to suit everyone and whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, you’ll find someone that can bring the best out of you at JSBJJ Kylemore.

The coaching is clear, patient, and focused on both technique and safety, which really helped me build confidence as a beginner. The atmosphere is positive and encouraging, with training partners who are supportive and eager to help. The gym is also clean and well-organized, making it a great place to learn and improve. JS BJJ Kylemore is a great gym. I am relatively new 2 BJJ but I've been to 2 other gyms and this one always has me coming back for more. Everybody is so friendly and there's a real sense of a family environment. I have been a member since January 2025 and I also have my 9 year old son training there too. I really can't fault the place. BJJ teaches self defence, discipline, life skills and respect. Like I said the people there are so friendly and the coaches are amazing. Don't be afraid to give it a go. You'll have all the help and support you'll need no matter you're level. The hardest part is walking through the door for the first time. Just remember the most important thing, we're all there to learn!

With over a decade of experience in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, I have dedicated my life to training, competing, and coaching. My journey began in 2011, and from the very first class, I knew Jiu-Jitsu was more than just a sport—it was a way of life. Since moving to Ireland in 2015, I've been committed to sharing my passion by coaching students of all levels, from beginners to high-level competitors.I've also competed internationally, earning gold medals in top federations like IBJJF, AJP, and NAGA. At our academy, my goal is to help each student build confidence, develop strong fundamentals, and experience the incredible physical and mental benefits of Jiu-Jitsu. Whether you're looking to get in shape, learn self-defense, or compete at the highest level, we have a place for you on the mats.I personally invite you to join us for a trial class—you'll never look back!
